Our Gluten-Free, Vegan Batter
We are very proud of our signature Gluten-free Vegan Batter!
It is made from a careful combination of Coconut, Sorghum, and Tapioca flours, potato starch, flaxseed, soymilk, organic coconut sugar and subtle spices. The crepe was carefully concocted to be a perfect flavor pair for both Savory and Sweet fillings! Incredible, we know! It's simply a MUST-TRY, no matter your dietary preferences!
We cook all of our Gluten-free crepes on a seperate grill with seperate tools, to eliminate cross contamination!
Unfortunately, we use a huge amount of tree nuts, and though we do our best to keep everything clean and seperate, we recommend anyone with a serious nut allergy should probably not take the risk.
